History of the JSC Svetlogorsk CKK

Founded in 1968 as a company that processes imported paper and cardboard into corrugated cardboard and corrugated boxes, OJSC "Svetlogorsk Pulp and Cardboard Mill"  several times in its history extended its production chain for the production of finished products - corrugated cardboard packaging.

Each such lengthening was associated with the construction and launch of a new production: in 1970 - cardboard and paper, for the production of paper and cardboard, in 1984 - cellulose, for the processing of wood into pulp.

Today OJSC "Svetlogorsk Pulp and Cardboard Mill" is a full-cycle enterprise for processing wood raw materials into corrugated cardboard and boxes from it, consisting of the following productions: pulp production, paper and cardboard production, corrugated packaging production. The company has a high level of automation and mechanization of technological processes, high environmental friendliness and respect for natural resources.

Two modern high-speed corrugations produce corrugated cardboard. In 2008, it produced a record number of 191 million square meters.

Modern methods of automatic packaging of products require more and more complex designs, more and more exact observance of technological discipline in the manufacture of packaging. The factory produces a wide range of corrugated boxes - more than 3 thousand items. Technological documentation for 3-4 new products is prepared daily.

Increased requirements for the appearance of packaging, its advertising component, are expressed in increasing the share of complex products.
On high-speed lines, corrugated boxes of various sizes, construction, advertising design markings are produced.
Products are shipped to the CIS countries, the Baltic States, and Poland.

Filter cartridges manufactured by OJSC "Svetlogorsk Pulp and Cardboard Mill"  are in great demand both on the domestic market and outside the Republic of Belarus. In 2016, filter carton exports grew by 25% and amounted to more than 4 million denominated rubles. (over 40 billion non-denominated rubles). Filter paper is exported to the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Estonia, Latvia.

The impressive results were achieved both by good production results, and by efforts to promote products, the development of its new types, work on quality, the development of new markets.
